Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds and winnings.

4. Account Registration

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate throughout your use of the Platform.

4.2 Username and Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, and you agree to immediately notify cr77 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cr77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents typically include a clear photograph or scan of your valid KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card). Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays. 4.4 Account Approval

cr77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at our sole discretion, without providing a reason. We may also request additional information or documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method before approving an Account or processing transactions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

cr77 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other supported financial institutions. 5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are typically processed instantly. However, during peak hours or due to banking system maintenance, processing may take up to 15 minutes. cr77 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, subject to successful KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts typically start at Rp 100,000, and maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your Account status and VIP tier. First-time withdrawal requests require identity verification and may take 2-24 hours to process. Subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the time of request and banking hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

You may only withdraw Funds that have been wagered at least once. Bonus Funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 6). cr77 reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal limits if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the cr77 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Creating multiple Accounts or using false identities to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times
• Colluding with other players, sharing information, or coordinating bets to gain unfair advantages
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the Platform
• Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or payment methods not registered in your own name
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or other activities designed to exploit the Platform without genuine gameplay
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or cr77 staff members
• Depositing Funds with the intent to launder money or engage in financial fraud

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The cr77 Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cr77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of Funds deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

cr77 shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, banking system failures, or other force majeure events.

9.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. cr77 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Funds in your Account will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. 10.2 Termination by cr77

cr77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users. 10.3 Inactive Accounts
